* As a courtesy to our patients we will follow-up and check status on all insurance claims.

* Make sure to bring your up-to-date insurance information to each appointment. This will make the claim process much easier and quicker for you.

* We are willing to work with any insurance provider on your behalf for payment, however our contract is with you, the patient. Responsibility for payment in full resides with you.
